Quick Update After Sleeping For So Long

http://www.swtor.com/news/news-article/20111207

OMGOMGOMGOMG

I have been a fanboy of Star Wars since the Trilogy came out. When they changed the Fat Man to Jabba the Hutt, when we can see some real 'effects', when we can see something swallowing Boba Fett on Tatooine. Now they're releasing a game that's based in the Old Republic, a few thousand years before Anakin exists. Still, it's a FREAKING STAR WARS MMO! (Galaxies doesn't appeal to me :/

Back to being a pak cik in a cave waiting for more Star Wars updates >w<

Movies!

Yeah, movies! Do you love watching them in the big screens? Is it worth your money? In truth, I prefer watching a movie at home, alone, with the lights off, and headsets worn. I can focus on it easier than with people, especially when 50 others are talking, munching, coughing, giggling, sneezing, you name it.

I don't rate movies either. I just label them as 'can-watch' and 'don't-watch'. As their names imply I'm sure you can figure it out what each of 'em means.

As of now, I'm out of movies to watch. Guess it's time to wait 'till those quality DVDs come out. Don't get me wrong, I just don't like spending some amount of money that is equivalent to two lunches, and all you have to do is just sit there and look at a screen. And you can't even pause it. =3

112th Day

112th day... of being in the blogging world. What are blogs for? makes me wonder. So I looked it up, literally. And I found this.

A blog (a blend of the term web log)[1] is a type of website or part of a website. Blogs are usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

Lol k. What is this? Well it's the definition. Made by some random netizen. <- is basically like citizen except its of the web.

I don't really know what to write here anymore. Most of what's happening in my life are supposed to be kept secret, and so it must be kept as secrets. What? Uh, "biar pecah di perut jangan pecah di mulut"? Something like that.

Lesse.... well. I'm having financial problems of being one stupid guy who doesn't know how to save money. Like, really. It's like I can never have change of more than Rm5, I think. I spend too much, usually on food but I never get fat. Apart from that some of the money are spent on games. Playing games. Not the games, but the act of playing games. Well, at cyber cafes. Whataya expect? Well I'ma just sleep. I need to focus more in class as it's quite apparent that I'm getting lazier by the day.

Here's a treat before I go.

WHY!? WHY!? WHY!? Takde rezeki kot.

Actually my parents didn't lemme go. Lots of reasons and after the many events of tear gas, people getting beaten and so on happened during the event itself has decreased my chances of going to future BERSIH events in the future (if I still live with my parents that is :P)

Sorry I don't update my blog much. Lazy much. Huaahahahahah~ *slaps myself*

Signing off.

Karnival 1 Malaysia Batu Pahat cetuskan ketegangan kaum - MiLo SuaM

http://milosuam.blogspot.com/2011/05/karnival-1-malaysia-batu-pahat-cetuskan.html

Here's the explanation. Credits to PWK

1. wahlau, i watched the video, the facts was twisted. PKR in Perak voiced out because BN snatch power right under their noses using the power of money and the sultan.

About the chinese taking over, they failed to list other malays and indians taking prominent roles based on MERITS/QUALIFICATION and NOT RACE. MPSJ is lead by an indian very well. The video never show numbers, facts, and achivements achieved by PR in just 3 years compared to BN +-50 years. Also root problems faced by the rakyat were not brought up.

Freedom of Information was passed in Selangor and soon Penang. Government transparency where the rakyat has the right to see how the funds of their taxes are used in building the state. Any thing their not happy with the budget etc, can be voiced out on public forums and dialogues held by the municipal council.

What is the relevance if prominent leaders are Christians? If they are qualified to solve the problems of the rakyat why not? I don't care what the hell race of the MP represents me, I want someone who has a mind that could look forward and solve problems faced by the mass citizens to represent my voice.

About the teresa Kok's case, Utusan framed her. It was found that the speakers was not working properly and she was released from ISA Source:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teresa_Kok "It was found out later that a faulty loudspeaker system was the reason why the mosque did not broadcast the azan.[6] Furthermore, while there was a petition sent to the mosque, the petition requested for the mosque to lower the volume during 'ceramah' or sermons and not during azan.[7] The administrator of the mosque as well as the petitioners also confirmed that Kok was not involved in the petition.[8]
She was released on 19 September 2008."

2. About no PAS in the Penang state government. SO WHAT? When you take an oath to do your duty, you do your duty. you do not see the lines of what party are you from. what the hell the videos potrays no PAS means the chinese come into power and kick the malays?

About the gerais that are roboh-ed, most of them are illegal and the remaining do not follow the rules set by the state government to protect the citizen's health etc. majority of the stalls dismantled were from foreigners. http://pemudapenang.wordpress.com/2010/04/17/isu-roboh-gerai-haram-di-p-pinang/ As you know a few malays and indians were affected and their complains were used as a political weapon by UMNO to show that this chinese government do not approve of malay and indian vendors to bag in more malay votes.

About Nik Ali Yunus, He is just some idiot UMNO put in penang to "control" the funds and slowly suck it dry for his and UMNO's benefits. http://pray-for-malaysia.blogspot.com/2010/07/little-napolean-face-nik-ali-mat-yunus.html (You can google him and lots of negative posts are out there). Lim Guan Eng is only getting rid of a pest that is misusing the public funds of Penang but this video make it as though the state government rejects any malays at prominent positions in the state government.

3. About abolishing the article 153, yes they have said it because it is only benefiting the cronies and their families. the poor malays are sidelined. after so many years, there are two different type of malays. but it has been agreed that the PR pact would continue to protect and follow the constitution 100% and protect the "POOR SIDELINED MALAYS" and not the families of cronies using article 153.

I don't know much about the history of PAP, but economy wise, just look at singapore. The analogy used in the video really made me laugh. If power shift goes to a son, is similar to singapore, what about monarchs? Sultans? AND back to square 1, WHO THE FUCK CARES IF IT's THAT PERSON'S SON? IF HE IS A QUALIFIED LEADER THEN SO WHAT? (I'm not talking bout monarchs, because IMO all they do is eat sleep and appear on tv and papers for their charity showing they are actually doing something other than being rich). I actually don't see the connection of showing family members in the same party etc. Irrelevant point, the video fails to show the ruling coalition's that has raped the country almost dry for their benefits like the likes of Taib(all his god damned family, bomohs and some orang putih associated with him), Mahathir's son and etc.

Yes I'm fucking furious about the content of the video. Lots of facts twisted to create racial tension for them to cling on to power. UMNO is very desperate, we do not need idiots like them here. ambil tanah orang, ambil duit rakyat, ini ketua ke pencuri?

PR has never said we do not recognise Islam as the agama rasmi. PR has never say it would abolish the institusi of raja raja. PR has never said it would not recognise Bahasa Melayu as Bahasa Kebangsaan. About article 153, refer above.

And so, more information would be helpful :D

That's Lame

I can't believe I'm saying this. But, too many blog posts at times when I get super busy annoys me. 'cause I don't have the time to read them. it's not the blog posts that annoys me, it's the part where I'm "super-busy". >.>

This post is targeted to AN. Well she knows. Sorry I don't have time to read each of your posts =/

Couldn't Sleep

Well, these couple of days have been hard on me. A normal tired person would be able to sleep easily. It's the other way around for me. And I hate not being able to sleep at night. Emotions kept pouring out and you just have this tendency to listen to emotional songs. Dammit =.=

Slogan 1Malaysia

Wahai rakan-rakan, oops I mean, well me friends... I never noticed this till now, if you noticed this before me, fine you're smarter/sharper than I am and I'm slower :(

"Rakyat Didahulukan, Pencapaian Diutamakan"

Or

"People First, Performance Now"

Which sounds a bit weird but who cares. So WHO are the people anyway? Per Bylund states that ""the people" are anyone who either lives in or is a citizen of the specific organization". In this case the "specific organization" would be Malaysia. Our Prime Minister and all of the ministers are also part of "the people" then. See where this is going? I'm saying they can prioritize themselves first before the nation as they are also part of "the people".

And I quote from someone's father,

"You have the power to decide who will be our next candidate to lead us in the future."

But to answer this, I will use her quote from another conversation (not really):

"no matter who wins, we (the people) lose"

and I quote, from Josef Stalin,

"Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything."

Which practically makes sense... =/ think about it..

Living in Malaysia is expensive

If you don't know already, it's expensive to live in Malaysia, especially in Kuala Lumpur. A report shows that Malaysians have less purchasing power than many nationals elsewhere.

The Malaysian Insider, an online Malaysian news website, examined the purchasing power of Malaysians in comparison to nationals of other countries. The website cited a 2010 Prices and Wages report by UBS AG, a Swiss banking giant.

Here are the highlights:

The purchasing power of KL residents is 33.8% of New Yorkers; 42% compared to London, 33.7% to Sydney, 32.6% to Los Angeles, and 31.6% to Zurich.

KL workers need to labour 22 minutes for a bread loaf. In comparison, Los Angeles counterparts take 18 minutes. In Sydney, it's 16 minutes. In Tokyo, 15 minutes. In Zurich, 12 minutes.

The Malaysian Insider also compared broadband prices in Malaysia to those in countries. Even after currency conversion, Malaysia comes out on top... in expensiveness. Here's the summary:

Kuala Lumpur - 5Mbps broadband package - RM149
London - 10Mbps broadband package - GBP13.50
Melbourne - 5-8Mbps broadband package - AUD40
New York - 7Mbps broadband package - USD41.95

Here's another tidbit from The Malaysian Insider article:

In KL, a Honda Civic is priced at RM115,000 - 20 times an auditor's average monthly earnings.

In Melbourne & London, the price is respectively AUD25,000 and GBP19,000 - 3 times an auditor's average monthly earnings in those places.

I already know about this but what can I do? Everyone's been saying: Vote! Use your voting rights! In the end like Josef Stalin said, "Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything". In this case, the ones who count the votes are already corrupted. And we can't do shiz about it. *sigh If you want proof search for news about the latest Sarawak Elections. Don't read/watch news from TV3, NTV7, Berita Harian, Metro, The Star, NST, etc. >.> Those are all govt papers and news in them are all pro-govt. T-T

Laziness

I'm just gonna rant. This is the laziest semester of all times. Yesterday I was supposed to submit an assignment by 5:00 pm. Yet I didn't even bothered to finish it. Now I KNOW I have an unfinished assignment yet I still don't feel like doing it. I have class right now, yet I skipped it.

Anyone wanna slap meh?

And according to Rose, Lazy = Recipe of Death. *gulps*

Huuuuurts- Ooh Dragon Age 2.

During these couple of weeks, my health has deteriorated like an old clock. It turns on and off at random times. I mean my head hurts today, it's back okay for the next week. Then it hurts again for two days, then it goes back to normal for the next few weeks.

Now maybe it's just normal for everyone. But I notice about the small details of my life. Health is a big detail, but how often do I get sick is the minor detail.

Normally I would get sick after around 5 to 6 months. Due to fever, cold, migraine, and the sorts. Stomach ache not in it. But these past few weeks I've been getting sick more often. Can't point out why though (I'm no doctor).

In the mean time, I'm enjoying myself with Dragon Age II. It's kinda annoying, due to the major differences between the original and the successor. Although the second's gameplay is pretty cool. You don't get those slow movements during attacking anymore. They're much fluent to the point it's illogical. =3=

Another Death For Another Day

And so, another man has died. His name is Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed, seorang pegawai kastam. And my friend posted a pantun;

pisang emas ada di kedai,
masak sebiji diatas peti,
Kalau saudara bijak pandai,
Kenapa pergi SPRM orang selalu mati?

Yeah, why ah??

On a side note, only one assignment is left. I think I might finish it by tomorrow. :3

I'm BACK! O Rly?

It's been like ages since I updated my blog. I don't think people even read it anymore. But it's just for fun so, let's go.
