A Quiet Day

"The morning started early at 5, the usual. Half-awake, I reached my hand under the bed blindly searching for my bottle of water. I drank it instantly the moment I found it.
Then, I started moving to the bedroom. Slow steps, one by one, like a baby trying to learn how to walk. I was still sleepy mind you, and having difficulty of opening my eyes.
The first thing I did in the cold room was a quick wash in the face. The cold splash that hit me hardly made any difference.
I continued with brushing my teeth, hoping to shake off this uneasy sleepiness."
- Fizzy, trying to write novel-like

Thus is what happened early in the morning, today. The day continued like any other day, with an obvious difference that I did not made contact with my computer. I spent the whole day on my bed reading. Because the book I'm reading was at it's climax, I hardly took notice of anything else that's happening around me. Even my brother had to call me thrice to talk to me without me not looking back at the book.

Today's pretty much the same, and not much different. With the addition that it's my favorite weather tonight. It's raining. =)

Goodbye

First of all I would to thank Nihja for saying "Hidup Biar Sedap"
This has made me realize that all this while I've been caring too much about other people and forgot to tend to myself
Before this I cared too much about what other people say about me
All this time I gave others my care as a friend
I tried to make them feel that they're not alone
They still have people care about them
In the end everything I did are forgotten, just, like, that
They forget that I'm also a normal human being who needs attention as well
No more will I let others step on me and take advantage of my caring side
From now on it's me, myself and I
To hell with others
I easily trusted people not long ago, not anymore

Definition of Life

@ Definisi Kehidupan, bukan definasi.

How do you define the word, "Life"?
Well multiple answers will come up at once. But what does it really mean?

Wikipedia states that;
"Life is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have self-sustaining biological processes ("alive," "living"), from those which do not [1][2] —either because such functions have ceased (death), or else because they lack such functions and are classified as "inanimate."
This is more to what it means in general. In which all living beings have 'life' in them.

Another website defines it as;
"The interval of time between birth and death: She led a good, long life."
This explains 'life' as 'time'.

When people say, "Get a life" or, "Hardcore gamers are boring. They don't have a life". What do they mean?
How would they explain the meaning of "Life"?

During these couple of days of emptiness, I started thinking.
What is our purpose in life? Why do we live? How should we live our life?

When I was in secondary school, I thought my reason to be there is to study for the future. To be an educated person, that qualifies to enter a higher level of education i.e. a college/university.
But all I could think of, is to do things that will make people recognize me.
To leave a mark.
A mark of my existence in that school.

Which leads me to the next question. Why do we live?
To be rich and have a large company in the world. Or to lead a great nation towards fame and fortune.
Whatever our reasons are, all of this do.. no, will not survive the sands of time.
Fortunes fade, Empires crumble, Nations fall.
One, out of thousands of people, is remembered for his or her courage, responsibility or knowledge. Others, forgotten.

I am still young. 18 and half a year, and my potential is unlimited. I can be anything. From a servant to a master. Yet, if I can't see the future, what use is it to continue this, life?

P/s: This is actually unfinished but the writer has nothing more to say.

The Sith Code

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.

Through passion, I gain strength.

Through strength, I gain power.

Through power, I gain victory.

Through victory, my chains are broken.

The Force will free me.

- the Sith Code

I) Peace is a lie, there is only passion.

There is no peace in this world. Mankind have loathed, fought, killed each other for thousands of years now. They have always been fighting with each other.

II) Through passion, I gain strength.

Passion has always been the source of strength. Passion for one's country. Passion for a brotherhood. Passion for money, women, land, etc.

III) Through strength, I gain power.

Strength is essential for power. Power is needed for everything. Power is needed to destroy, to manage, to lead, even to protect. Without power, one is useless.

IV) Through power, I gain victory.

What is victory without power. Victory, is pleasure. Being the victor is what all of this is about, but winning a battle does not mean you have won the war.

V) Through victory, my chains are broken.

What is the sole purpose of everything? To be free from the chains that binds us. To reach the path of greatness.

"Only if we are free can we reach our full potential." - Darth Bane

VI) The Force will free me.

'Nuff said.

My Next Target Part 1

Honestly, with me sitting at home and doing nothing makes me able to blog alot. Haha

So in this post I'm gonna talk about 3 future games that I want to buy. >:3

Mass Effect 2

Having previously bought the first game has made me interested in the sequel. In the second game, the main character is thought to be dead. It was shown in the teaser in the game website.

This is a third-person shooting RPG done in a unique way of games. I like this game because it lets you pause in the middle of a fire-fight. I know other RPG games can do this too, but this game makes it different because you are controlling the character in real time, not like the give-a-command kind of RPG like SW:KotOR as you can just watch them do the action.

The graphics are great. Other than that, in the second game, anything you do in the first game, affects the second game and it's surroundings. This is cool !! :3

The Cold Breeze of Spring

How I missed waking up

To walk outside the house

Just to taste the cold winds

The change of seasons

From summer to spring

By the way, this isn't a poem =.= Just wanna make it dramatic haha. I do missed waking up and blah blah as said above. It's boring Malaysia only have 3 seasons (correct me if I'm wrong). >.>; No winter is just.. dull. It rained heavily yesterday after week/months of no (heavy) rain. At the same time it helped in making it a better day without haze :)

Balik Kampung..!!

Today balik kampung.

Will edit and add more later!

WTF THIS IS THE SHORTEST ONE YET!! HAHA!

UPDATES

June 6th 2009

So, balik kampung on Saturday. That morning I felt somehow energetic. So went out for a little jog. No, really, I really jog, not just typing it in >.> Watered the garden plants too :3 Somehow everyone felt sleepy that morning, including the cat o.o; Nothing really much happens on the way. I just slept through almost two-third of the journey. (Sorry I accidently slept when I was texting you!). By 6 PM, I have reached my destination in Sungai Siput, Perak. Wahaha! Anyway, did anything that was necessary (shower, eat, etc) and called a friend who was living in the same town (except that I wasn't living IN the town and was actually a few kilometres away). Told him where I was and stuff, and by 9 PM we went to places. To be more specific, his girlfriend's house to pick up some food his "mother-in-law" cooked for him XDD then to his friend's burger stall. I couldn't take pictures that night because my phone battery died. So, just lepak-lepak 'till midnight.

June 7th 2009

We have a kenduri today. Everything went through smoothly blah blah. The whole family except my dad wanted to go back home early but he said he had some things to take care of, and so we waited.. and waited.. and waited. Clock shows it's 5 PM. Finally! We were on our way~ But luck's not on our side. A few kilometres after that, the car's engines overheat. Pish! Pish! Something was wrong with the fan. The cooler. So, basically the engines don't cool down. The heat keeps on increasing 'till.. well, we couldn't continue the journey. We waited until the engines cool down then we tried going back to where we came from. >.>; Fyi, the journey back succesful.

By nightfall, we unpacked everything. My dad asked me to help him burn a wasp nest. It's still in it's growing period so it's small compared to when it is at it's normal size (mind you, it may grow in size to as big as a pillow, not a small pillow, average one lah!). After that, we all slept. I've got nothing more to add here LOL.

June 8th 2009

Checked the engines before we went home. Turns out there's a leak.

"Now leak is a positively disgusting word" - General Melchett

I forgot how we managed to get the car back to "useful" shape but oh well, not worth mentioning. Oh yeah I'll put up this very big cat that lives in my kampung. He's FAT! 'n my grandma said he was once skinny like me >.>

Happy Birthday to My Lil' Bro

In front of: Desktop PC

Listening to: Afterlife - A7X

Mood: Sleepy

Tummy: 1/4 Empty

Thoughts;

Today is my brother's 16th birthday. The day started as normal as any other days. With us waking up early at 5:15 to go to the mosque for Subuh Prayer. Eventhough today we woke up a bit late, to be exact at 5:45. Then at home we continue with the recitation of the Surah Yaasin with my dad teaching us what the surah is about or what are the meanings hidden in the surah. The day continues with chores, breakfast, and games, the usual. Nothing special happens during the day. Basically it's all play, eat, sleep, pray... and so on. At 6+ PM we celebrate with a cake bought from Secret Recipe. (Pics will be uploaded later) He got himself a pair of shoes for his present. After we ate the cakes and everything. Life continues like nothing happens. Except that there's cake in the fridge! >:3
