Is this valid?

Would you say Metal sucks just because you don't like it? Or saying Classical is boring as you enjoy (only) RnB?

No this is unacceptable. As I always have said before, people have their own preferences and opinions. Who are you to judge a different genre of music solely because you totally dislike that kind of music?

Here's an example of stupidity among the internet community.

HOLY SHIT. well, either you get my point or you are still jacking off to portraits of the GREAT GUYS in simple plan and hawthorne heights, moaning to the 'deep meaning' that you have found in the 2-year-old lyrics that your favorite band wrote... and the bleeding ******* that your dad is ****ing.

2. I don't think classical sucks, in fact, I enjoy very it thoroughly. Compare Rachmaninov to Metallica or Necrophagist. I don't see a huge resemblance. Of course, you probably don't even know who Rachmaninov is, because elitists like you think they're so awesome just because they can pull the 'well, he's sooo into classical' argument out of their asses.

3. It kind of funny how someone claims to be 'classically influenced', and then everybody believes them because they sweep really fast aka, Necrophagist. I like them, but to claim they are 'so classical' because they use diminished sweeps in every single solo is absolutely ludicrous.

4. LOL @ metal musicians knowing the most about music. Well, I know what alot of the know of them can grasp about music: the concept of elitism.

5. I'm not as huge of a fan of metalcore as you think I am. Yes, I enjoy good metalcore, but really, what I hate more than shitty metalcore is elitists who think they're so great because they jump on the 'metalcore sucks' bandwagon. Congratulations, you just fit the criteria.

Secondly, "alot" has a space in between (a lot). hypocrite. at least i didn't pretend to be the spelling god before making my few and INTENTIONAL spelling mistakes.
and you're 16? even if i was 13, which i'm not (i'm 16 like you), you can't claim 13 year olds are any more try-hard than you, esp. if you listen to metalcore.
